Me and my feelings
Name a feeling, ask for help, and keep trying.
When an argument begins, I can pause, explain what bothered me, and listen to the other person's view.
Feeling worried does not mean I must stop; it means I may need a plan and some support.
I was proud of my drawing, but I also welcomed a suggestion that helped me improve it.
If I make a mistake in front of others, I can apologize, learn from it, and keep going.
